A Bad Kitchner - Crackpot's comeback

Hello Readers,

After wed locked , resumed writing this..*Blush*  Auhh....Yeah every wedding is fun. Will get back on those fun in a different blog post.

Here comes my first murder attempt in the new family.*Shhh,Slience* Yes, finally i got the secret recipe of preparing Kesari from my mom's diary.

Somehow struggled and got the road map to the kitchen, one day or the other, every girl has to finally explore that road map . At least after wed locked ,to impress your Switchubuchikee Hubby, your mother in law (however ladies at home are always unsatisfied with your preparation unlike mine, my mom in law is sweet) and if you have sister in law you need to be extra-large careful ( luckily i don't have one ). Other folks can be easily satisfied if the above mentioned higher officials has clicked on "approved" button on your preparation.

Well the Kesari! Mom always says it is the most easiest preparation out of all sweets..

I read the diary which had this secret recipe for Kesari ... encryption done..( 1 tumbler rava : 1-1/4 tumbler sugar..2 tumbler of water) remember same tumbler

Stove ON..Place a pan over.. Pour lil ghee and make the cashew and dry grapes to joggle in it..now they become friends, like kith and kin, keep them aside in a plate

Pour rava into the pan, sprinkle some ghee over .. If you are ghee conscious or kanjoos, please avoid pouring ghee like me..now whirl-twril-whirl is the magic spell..Rava turns golden brown ( Magic!!) Keep the roasted rava aside..

Now in the same pan, water should be poured, grooming starts with kesari powder, the water turns kesari orange.. again whirl-twril-whirl is the magic spell. Water just simmers like red angry bird..

Rava waiting to jump into the simmering water. Rava just smooches the angry water and calms down the anger. Again some ghee showering to the pan..While sugar just cuddled the rava.. Then groom up with Elachi powder ... Hmmm...was totally enticed by rava...

Final touch sprankle the roasted cashews and dry grapes over the Kesari

Whaatey aroma! Thats what the diary says..
*Sniff*

Kesari to my surprise came out without any lumps...

Ohhh, wait... But what did i do.. While preparing , i poured water, then sugar, then rava... OhMYYGoddddd..! The rava turned uncooked in a sugary water 😳

Now came the next worry how to console folks at home, who were readily waiting to give their extraordinary comments after examining my first sweet preparation..*Felt like cry aloud*

Somehow managed to come to the living room and muttered
"kesari looks like kesari,
but something is not quite right, I dont see rava coming puffy"

Hubby *giggles*

So thats how the first murder attempt flopped... Well always follow the algorithm when it comes to cooking..

But, Redolence of Kesari is still lingering in my mind..

Tadaan..The end! See you on my next post, Stay tuned!
